Working the Body & Mind JourneyYoga challenges us to live in the present moment - right now, taking time for self-care, growth and discovery in mind and body.
I created Prita Yoga to offer yoga to everyone, students of all levels, where we can all practice together in a relaxed environment and enjoy the many benefits yoga has to offer, learning from one another. Yoga helps me find balance both physically and mentally, provides me stress release and mental focus, and improves my strength and flexibility as I age gracefully! I enjoy sharing all these benefits with my students and look to make each class relaxing, enjoyable and fun.
